To return or exchange in a store, bring in your receipt or sales order form to one of our store locations in Provo or Salt Lake City within 14 days of purchase. An associate there will be happy to help you. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, your item(s) must meet the requirements listed above for return.
