RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Lime Ricki suit. But we understand sometimes things don’t fit the way you want. We are happy to exchange or return any qualifying merchandise* (excluding shipping charges). Customers have 30 days from purchase date to return or exchange any online purchase and 14 days from purchase date to return or exchange an in-store purchase.

 

 

TO RETURN BY MAIL

1.  Print and fill out the RETURN FORM.

2.  Mail the form and item(s) to be returned back to us.

  • Our warehouse address is listed on the return form.
  • Your item(s) will be inspected to be sure it meets the requirements for return (see above). Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your cost or forfeited.
  • Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the package and will be refunded to your original payment method, minus shipping charges.

    3. Look for our email in your inbox.

    • We'll send you an email letting you know that we have processed your return.
    • Please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Lime Ricki cannot be responsible for any returned packages not received.
    • We recommend adding on delivery confirmation when sending returns, as we can't be responsible for packages lost in the mail

    SALES AND PROMOTIONS MAY HAVE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, WHICH WILL BE NOTED IN THE DETAILS FOR EACH SALE AND PROMOTION.

     

    TO EXCHANGE BY MAIL

    1. Call us toll-free at 866-931-4566.

    • We will help you to place an exchange order and carry over any discounts or promotions you used on your original purchase.
    • Your credit card will be billed for the exchange order, which will ship within 24 business hours. We will pay to ship this item to you, so there is no shipping cost to you.* 

    *Free shipping on exchanges within the US only.

    2. Send us back the original item(s) for a refund using the RETURN FORM.

    • Our warehouse address is listed on the return form.
    • Your item(s) will be inspected to be sure it meets the requirements for return (see above). Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your cost or forfeited.
    • Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the package and will be refunded to your original payment method, minus shipping charges.

    4.  Wait for your new Lime Ricki suit to arrive!

     

    TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN A STORE

    Within 14 days of purchase, bring in your receipt or sales order form to one of our store locations (Provo or Salt Lake City). An associate there will be happy to help you. You'll receive an email when your return has processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, your item(s) must meet the requirements listed above for return. 

     

    IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEM OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT

    In the unusual event that you received an incorrect shipment or defective item, please call customer service at 866-931-4566 for instructions. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

     

    *REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

     Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be exchanged or returned:

    • Item has been tried on, but not otherwise worn
    • No deodorant or other stains
    • Hygienic liner still attached to bottoms
    • Tags still attached to suit
    • Item is not a Final Sale
    • Item is folded nicely.
