RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange or return any qualifying merchandise* minus original shipping charges within 14 days from delivery date.

Items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return or exchange.

Items marked EXCHANGE ONLY are ineligible for a refund and may instead be exchange for another size or item in stock at the point of exchange. Please note that after 3 exchanges have been placed under the same original order number, Lime Ricki may invoice for additional shipping charges and/or restocking fees.

 

All swimsuits must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items that do not meet the following requirements will not be refunded:

  • Item must be unwashed & unworn (other than to try it on)
  • No deodorant marks or other stains
  • Original hygienic liner still attached to bottom
  • All tags still attached to suit
  • Item is not Final Sale (final sale items will be indicated with a red final sale tag on the product page)
