We hope you love your Lime Ricki suit, but we understand sometimes things don’t fit the way you want. We are happy to exchange or return any qualifying merchandise* minus original shipping charges within 14 days from delivery date.

If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited exchanges + package protection via Re:do with your items, you will receive a pre-paid label if you opt to exchange or receive store credit through the link below. If you did not purchase the $2.98 unlimited exchange option, or are submitting a return instead of an exchange, you will still return like normal and purchase a label through our return portal below. 

 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please call customer service at 866-931-4566 for assistance.

All swimsuits must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

No deodorant marks or other stains
Original hygienic liner still attached to bottom
All tags still attached to suit

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN A STORE

To return or exchange in a store, bring in your receipt or sales order form to one of our store locations in Provo or Salt Lake City within 14 days of purchase. An associate there will be happy to help you. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
