What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unwashed, unworn items within 14 days of delivery date. All tags and liners must be intact in order to receive a refund. Read our full policy on refunds and exchanges.
How do I know if my item is final sale?
In general, items purchased at 50% off or below original price are considered final sale. Final sale items will be noted in the product listing. Additionally, special sales and promotions may make items final sale and will be noted in the details of the sale.
How do I care for my suit?
Hand wash your Lime Ricki swimsuit immediately following use, in cold water with gentle soap (like Joy dish soap). Line dry. Do NOT put your suit in the washer or dryer. You can learn more from our washing tutorial and instructions on proper swimwear care.
Where are your suits made?
Our suits are responsibly made in textile manufacturing facilities in the USA and Mexico City. We visit these factories often to ensure our swimwear is made with the quality and care we know our customers expect from us. See photos and find out more about how our swimwear is responsibly made.
How often do you restock things?
We typically make our suits in a single run and sell them until they are gone but there is always a chance we could bring them back! If something you love is out of stock, sign up for our waitlist and we’ll let you know if that item makes a comeback!
Which tops are better for fuller busts?
Bust support is one of our top priorities as we design and produce our swimsuits. We build support into the construction of each suit, and we also put shelf bras in all our suits. For plenty of coverage and support we recommend the knotted crop and double cinch styles, or anything with adjustable straps!
Can I add to my order after I have submitted it?
Once you have submitted your order you cannot add to it, but if you give our customer service reps a call, they will help you place another order and ship it with your previous one so you will only pay shipping once. Our customer service number is 866-931-4566.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 8 AM MDT on Friday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday morning. However, during sales and promotions, it may take our shipping department an extra 1 to 3 days to process orders. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We do!
Will I have to pay customs & duties even though I've already paid for shipping?
We will always only charge you what it costs for us to ship the package to you, but there is a chance extra fees may be added upon clearing customs. We have no control over these fees, nor do we know what individual custom prices are for each country.
Do you have maternity suits?
We don't carry suits specifically made for maternity. However, if you are expecting a little one, try sizing up on any of our tankinis or one-pieces. Most women have had success with this strategy. For more tips and pictures, read our blog post, How to Wear Your Swimsuit with a Baby Bump.
How do I know which size to order?
Our size chart is here to help you find the right fit. Normally we recommend ordering the same size top as shirt size you wear. If you're still not sure, chat or call our fit specialists; they would love to answer any questions about the suits. If you are close to Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah come visit us! We would love to see you and help you find the best fit!
Can I use two discount codes at once?
Nope, just one at a time.
Will my item look exactly like the pictures online?
We photograph our suits in the best lighting possible in order to represent them accurately. However, due to differences in computer monitors and perception of color, they may vary slightly from what you see on the site.
