Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with us! We know you’re excited to get your new suit, so we’ll get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Orders placed after 8 AM MDT each day are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During sales and promotions, our shipping department may need an additional 5-7 business days to process orders.
We strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but in the rare event that an item is unavailable when your order is fulfilled, we will notify you via email, refund the amount for the unavailable item, and ship the remaining items in your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders within the U.S. and internationally using trusted shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.
U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
These are estimated delivery times and do not include order processing time.
International Shipping
International orders may take additional time to arrive due to customs processing and carrier delays. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs requirements.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs office and/or shipping carrier and are not collected by Lime Ricki. While we always provide accurate shipping information, we unfortunately do not have control over these charges or know what fees may apply to each order.
