Tips for Trying on our Swimsuits

• Stretch out the openings of your suit before trying it on. If you hear threads snap, don’t stress! Those are the basting stitches, and it’s normal for them to break. Remember you can adjust your straps too!

• Your suit should fit fairly snug—it’ll loosen a bit with wear and when it gets wet. We suggest going up a size only if it feels restricting.

• Remember that size has nothing to do with who you are as a person. It’s okay to not get it right on the first try. Exchanges are easy and free when you use our our free Exchanges and Package Protection program.

• Try it on twice! No, Really! Don’t worry if you don’t get it right the first time, try it on a couple different times.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW SWIMSUIT

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Lime Ricki swimsuit, follow these care instructions:

Rinse Promptly: After swimming, rinse your swimsuit in cool water to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen residues.

Hand Wash with Mild Soap: Gently hand wash using a mild, color-safe soap. Avoid detergents, bleach, or any harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric. We recommend our new Wondrous Wash to cleanse, protect and extend the life of your swimsuit.

Avoid Wringing: After washing, gently press out excess water without wringing to prevent stretching or damaging the fabric.

Air Dry Flat: Skip the dryer! Lay your swimsuit flat on a towel to air dry, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its shape and elasticity.

Proper care will keep your swimsuit looking vibrant and ensure it provides the comfort and support you expect from Lime Ricki.

Disappointed

This swimsuit is tight, unlined in the front, and not of good quality material. The fit is awkward around the cups, and the seams are coming undone. When I first ordered from Lime Ricki, almost 10 years ago, the suits were modest and of the highest quality. I've noticed a significant decrease in quality in recent years. None of the tankini tops are double lined in front anymore. The material is worse and seams are coming undone after iust a few wears. This is so disappointing. I'm looking for another go-to swimwear company.

Very sweet tankini

I am a big fan of Lime Ricki's and this tankini lived up to my expectations. I bought it with the ruffle skirt bottoms and I think they look very good together. Also good for actually swimming laps too! I personally appreciate the extra more modest cut of this combo, which also does look pretty and flattering, added to the ease of using it (ie' didn't seem at all heavy or cumbersome to actually swim in) which i was a little unsure of before I tried it on as this is my first time trying a tankini with a ruffle skirt. (I'm a size M , 5' 7" and about average build I'd say, and found it to fit well).

Runs small

I went with the measurements for sizing and the medium was almost impossible to even get on. Reordered a large and fits great. Will definitely be ordering more from Lime Ricki now that I know my size!

Size is way off

I measured myself and bought the recommended size. I look like a stuffed sausage in the top. (5’3” 127lb) size small. It’s not cute. However my daughter (5’1” 85lbs) looks fantastic in it. Fits her perfectly.

It’s ok

I’ve tried several of this company’s swim tops and bottoms, and this top is probably the least offensive. The fit is ok. The non-removable pads are too highly placed in the suit, so it doesn’t work for my post-breastfeeding body. Can’t return it either because I purchased it during a sale.
