SHIPPING POLICIES
Thanks for shopping with us! We know you’re excited to get your new suit, so we’ll get your order on its way as quickly as possible!
Our packages are shipped via DHL, with pickups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with an additional 5–7 business days possible during sales and promotions. You may receive tracking before your package is picked up, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show movement right away; it will update once DHL scans your package. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but if an item in your order is unavailable, we’ll email you with the option to choose a replacement. You’ll have 48 business hours to reply. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll refund the unavailable item and ship the rest of your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders within the U.S. and internationally using DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
This is an estimated delivery time and does not include order processing time.
International Shipping
International orders may take additional time to arrive due to customs processing and carrier delays. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs requirements.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs office and/or shipping carrier and are not collected by Lime Ricki. While we always provide accurate shipping information, we unfortunately do not have control over these charges or know what fees may apply to each order.
