Tips for Trying on our Swimsuits

• Stretch out the openings of your suit before trying it on. If you hear threads snap, don’t stress! Those are the basting stitches, and it’s normal for them to break. Remember you can adjust your straps too!

• Your suit should fit fairly snug—it’ll loosen a bit with wear and when it gets wet. We suggest going up a size only if it feels restricting.

• Remember that size has nothing to do with who you are as a person. It’s okay to not get it right on the first try. Exchanges are easy and free when you use our our free Exchanges and Package Protection program.

• Try it on twice! No, Really! Don’t worry if you don’t get it right the first time, try it on a couple different times.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW SWIMSUIT

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Lime Ricki swimsuit, follow these care instructions:

Rinse Promptly: After swimming, rinse your swimsuit in cool water to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen residues.

Hand Wash with Mild Soap: Gently hand wash using a mild, color-safe soap. Avoid detergents, bleach, or any harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric. We recommend our new Wondrous Wash to cleanse, protect and extend the life of your swimsuit.

Avoid Wringing: After washing, gently press out excess water without wringing to prevent stretching or damaging the fabric.

Air Dry Flat: Skip the dryer! Lay your swimsuit flat on a towel to air dry, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its shape and elasticity.

Proper care will keep your swimsuit looking vibrant and ensure it provides the comfort and support you expect from Lime Ricki.

Super cute

I love these suits. They fit really well, the only issue is that I don't have a shapely behind and don't fill out in the back and so it's a little loose around the cheeks

Sizing is wayyyy off.

I ordered my usual size (small) in both the orange gingham top and the high waisted orange gingham bottoms. The top is ridiculously small and the bottoms are big and baggy. I will never wear this swimsuit, and because I got it on sale, I can’t exchange it. I had to give the top to my daughter and I guess the bottoms will never be worn.

Just OK

The print is cute on these and the sizing is correct. I appreciate that it's a full coverage, not cheeky swim bottom. However, at this price point, I expected the fabric to be significantly higher quality. It's pretty thin compared to what I was expecting. I wanted it to be a little bit more compressing for a more flattering shape. This does not do my belly pooch any favors.

Not high rise

Cute, but unfortunately did not fit like my other reversible pair of high rise bottoms from lime Ricki. These fit like mid rise.

Sizing/cut is off - not for apple shaped plus size ladies

I ordered a 4x based on the size chart and the measurements listed and the suit was comically large. Definitely not made for apple shaped plus size ladies. The suit is cut for someone with a disproportionately large butt, and the leg openings were so large they fit around my shoulders. I clearly ordered the wrong size but didn’t want to waste my time on a suit that was never going to work for me because it’s cut for an average size woman and then just sized up, having extra weight does not cause our torsos to lengthen! This isn’t a problem specific to Lime Ricki: even shops that specialize in plus sizes cut their suits like this.
