We hope you love your Lime Ricki suit, but we understand that sometimes things don’t fit the way you want. Orders placed before Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11:59 pm MDT are eligible for FREE RETURNS on qualifying purchases* within the US. Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any online order and 14 days from the date of purchase for in-store returns. FINAL SALE items may not be exchanged or returned.

 

     

    TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN A STORE

    Within 14 days of purchase, bring in your receipt or sales order form to one of our store locations (Provo or Salt Lake City). An associate there will be happy to help you. You'll receive an email when your return has processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, your item(s) must meet the requirements listed above for return. 

    TO RETURN ONLINE

    We offer FREE RETURNS on all eligible orders placed before Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11:59 pm MDT within the US, within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the Order Lookup form below to submit item(s) for return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to return your item(s). Once we receive your package, we'll send you an email letting you know that we have processed your return and refunded your account for the item(s) received. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, your item(s) must meet the requirements listed above for return. 

    On all purchases after June 20, 2017, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

    TO EXCHANGE ONLINE

    We utilize a return and re-order process for exchanges. We offer FREE RETURNS on all eligible orders within the US, within 14 days of receipt, and your new item(s) will be shipped to you for only $5. If you purchased your item(s) with a promotion code, we can apply the same discount to your exchanged item(s). Please fill out the Order Lookup form below to submit item(s) for exchange. In the notes section, please include the new item(s) and size that you would like. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with an invoice for the new item(s). To guarantee your new item(s), please pay the invoice within 24 hours. This will ensure that stock remains available for your order. You will receive an additional email with a pre-paid shipping label to return your unwanted item(s). Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email letting you know that we have processed your return and refunded your account for the item(s) received. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. Original shipping charges are not refundable.     IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEM OR INCORRECT SHIPMENT

    We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange within 30 days of purchase. In the unusual event that you received an incorrect shipment or defective item, please fill in the Order Lookup form below to submit defective or incorrect items.
