The first weekend in December is always one of the most exciting. If you’re lucky enough not to be concerned with finals, or anything else school related, then you’re in a great place.  There are so many great things going on around all of us. Wherever you are.

1. Do a Pinterest search for ways to build gingerbread houses. My personal favorite is with graham crackers and a glue gun. That way, you can build some pretty outlandish structures, then simply frost over the glue and add candy. I’ve been doing this for years, and have built everything from a beach house to a ski resort (mountain included). Get your creative juices flowing and build some candy related structures.

2. Make the ultimate Christmas playlist. Make sure to save room for the classics. There is nothing that a really good Christmas mix can’t fix, so even if you’re stressed to the max getting ready for the holiday (or with school), some music will be a great way to unwind, and get into the spirit of things.

3. Watch your favorite Christmas movies or even go see Disney’s new movie Frozen.

Happy weekend. Let us know what you plan on doing.
