It’s time we take a look at our roots. They are, after all, what made us. Today I wanted to take a look at my musical roots and share a song with you that I haven’t heard for a long time.

I remember sitting in my room next to the stereo, playing what I thought was just good music, but what turned out to be some of the most influential music of our time – The Beatles. My sister had a friend who would make her these mix tapes with Beatle’s songs on them. I could listen to them for hours, and I usually did. I remember learning my first French phrase, “Michelle, my belle sont des mots qui vont très bien ensemble,” from their music. It just means, these are words that go together well.  And so, let’s have a listen to a song with words that go together well:
