Music Tuesday — Fall Song

There are a few things I want in a good fall song. It either has to be beautiful, like Bon Iver’s – re: Stacks, or it has to get pretty crazy. Completely opposite things, I know, but I feel like they represent what the world feels like right now. The colors are changing, and you’ll take long drives around the lake, or up the canyon. For those days you’ll definitely want the calm music. But then another week you’ll be cooped up in the library for 20 hours, reading pages on pages, and Friday will come along and you’ll want to do the only reasonable thing in the world — get out of there and let your hair down. So you’ll play something like this:
