Fall Nail Polish Inspiration

Fall comes with so many fun changes that don’t only have to do with the leaves on the trees. Layered clothing, hair updates, and new booties are just a few of the things we get to pull out, along with some new shades of nail polish to match the season! There are so many gorgeous shades trending this year, so of course we had to pick a few of our favorites to share with you.

1. Gun metal grey

We’re kind of digging this metallic grey we spotted from OPI – it’s called Steel Waters Run Deep. It will match anything you wear this season, from your ugly Christmas sweater to your fall floral dress.

2. Crimson

This one is part of Essie’s new fall collection and it’s swoon-worthy. The deep pigmented shade is the perfect way to transition from fall to winter, from red leaves to red holly berries. It’s called Maki Me Happy and it’s a must-have.

3. Eggplant

A deep purple is a must during the fall and winter and Dark Side of the Moon  from Deborah Lippman does not disappoint. It’s riveting against all skin tones and will definitely have your friends doing a double take.

4. Taupe

You can never take a good neutral for granted, and this one is no exception. This shade – Rowan – is part of Zora’s Naturel Satin collection, which we haven’t tried yet, but we’re excited to get our hands on it and see what the finish looks like in person.

5. Petal

Dolce & Gabbana’s Bella might look like it belongs in a spring color palette, but imagine it with your favorite cream sweater! We think it will pair with a lot of your neutral fall colors, so in our opinion: go for it.
