SHIPPING POLICIES

Thank you for shopping at Lime Ricki Swimwear! Our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday (after 8 am) through Thursday are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 8 am on Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day (which is usually Monday, unless it's a holiday).

We are happy to change or cancel customer orders before we begin processing and shipping them out. Customers have until 8:30 am (MST) the following day to change their order. (For example, if you place an order on Thursday afternoon, then change your mind about something, you have until 8:30 am Friday to contact the shipping department to change the order.) If you place an order on Saturday, you have until 8:30 am the following Monday to change your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship nationally and internationally through USPS and UPS. Customers can choose which carrier to ship through. Cost depends on the size of the order and the shipping destination.

As customers proceed to check-out, the cost of shipping will show based on the shipping method they request. Please allow one day for processing in addition to the times listed.

USPS shipments (within the U.S.):

  • First Class-Parcel: 4-9 business days (cost depends on weight and destination of package)
  • Priority: 2-4 business days
  • Express: 2-3 business days

International shipments (this includes Canada):

  • First Class-Parcel: 3-4 weeks (cost depends on weight of package and destination)
  • Priority: 7-10 business days
  • Express: 3-5 business days

UPS charges are based on the weight of the package and destination and will be calculated at check-out. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air.

Packages shipped within the U.S. can be tracked through your customer account.
