RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, with sanitary liner intact, within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. You are responsible to ship it back to us or bring it into our store. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. We are willing to refund your shipping costs to return it to us, only if the item is damaged or defective. Please fill out our EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM and include it along with your original invoice. We recommend adding delivery confirmation when sending it back to us, as we can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.

You are responsible to ship it back to us or you may bring it into our store. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If there is a price difference, we will charge or credit the same card you used on your initial purchase. We recommend adding on delivery confirmation when sending it back to us, as we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

Replacement items will be processed and shipped upon receipt of merchandise to be exchanged. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of merchandise to be returned. All exchanges will be shipped back to you FREE OF CHARGE. Please allow 2 days (upon our store receiving your package) for us to get your return or exchange processed. Exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

In the unusual event that you received a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please fill out our EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM and include it along with your original invoice. We stand behind all of our products, so we will be more than happy to replace your item if there is a problem, after being cared for properly.
