Exchange/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lime Ricki Swimwear! We want you to be fully satisfied with the fit, comfort and style of your swimsuit. We are happy to exchange or return your purchase, as long as the following guidelines are met.

REQUIREMENTS for EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

You may try on swimsuits, but do not wear otherwise.
Do not remove tags from suits.
Do not wear body scents (perfume or body sprays).
Do not remove hygienic liners.
Do not wear deodorant--it can leave stains as you're trying the suit on.
Please wear panties when trying on bottoms, boy shorts & skirts.
All items must be folded nicely.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be exchanged or returned.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any qualifying item, within 30 days of receiving it (14 days if purchased in our store) for a full refund, excluding shipping. You are responsible to ship it back to us or bring it into our store. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. We would be happy to refund your shipping costs to return it to us if the item is damaged or defective, but we can not refund express shipping if you choose to send it that method. Please fill out our EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM and include it along with your original invoice. We recommend adding delivery confirmation when sending it back to us, as we can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.

You are responsible to ship it back to us, but your new items will be shipped to you free of charge (standard shipping only). You may also exchange your items in our store. REPLACEMENT ITEMS

Replacement items will be processed and shipped upon receipt of merchandise to be exchanged. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of merchandise to be returned. All exchanges will be shipped back to you FREE OF CHARGE (standard shipping only). Please allow 2 days (upon our store receiving your package) for us to process your return or exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

In the unusual event that you received a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please fill out our EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM and include it along with your original invoice. We stand behind all of our products, so we will be more than happy to replace your item if there is a defect in your suit.
